What payment methods are available?
The following payment methods are accepted on bigbasket.com for online purchases:
(a) Cash on delivery (COD)
(b) Debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Rupay
If you select COD as your payment option, our delivery agent must be paid in cash when the package is delivered.
Please offer the executive the exact amount or the order total, rounded to the closest hundred, to reduce contact. Please pay the correct amount, or Rs. 900, if your order's value is Rs. 899.
No alteration will be accepted back from the executive. Any outstanding balance will be automatically credited to your account, which you can use to place future orders.
Users of the Trop Organic Exports website are the only ones who can currently access the option.
Are there any additional fees or taxes on top of the displayed price? Is VAT included in the bill?
VAT is not present. GST, however, will be implemented in accordance with government regulations.
You may use your card on Trop Organic Exports with complete security. In accordance with a new RBI order, online customers who pay with a visa or master credit card must submit an additional authentication pass code that has been verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code). Customers will benefit from increased security, which will make online buying safer.
What does "cash on delivery" mean?
Cash on delivery allows you to pay for your product when it is delivered to your door.
How do I get the money back for things that weren't delivered if I pay by credit card?
The remaining cost will be refunded to your Trop Organic Exports account as store credit if we are unable to deliver all the items in your order and you have already paid for them online. You can use this store credit whenever you'd like against future purchases. Please contact our customer care staff if you would like it to be credited to your bank account, and we will return the money back to your card.
I'm not sure where to put the coupon code.
You will be asked to choose a delivery time and a payment method once you have finished choosing your products and clicked on checkout. There is a field on the payment method page where you can insert any evoucher or promotional codes you may have. The sum will be automatically subtracted from the value of your invoice.
What is Trop Organic Exports Wallet Feature?
The Trop Organic Exports will be launching new feature "Wallet" is a pre-paid credit account that will be associated with your Trop Organic Exports account. This prepaid account allows you to pay a lump sum amount once to Trop Organic Exports and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time.
