Yes, you heard it right the vegetables and fruits are grown is the chemically treated environment, so you and your children are in harmful situation. You need to take charge of the situation, as it can be critical sometimes.  Actually vegetables and fruits become harmful in traditional way of farming wherein lot of pesticides and unnecessary technology is used. Genetically treated seeds are used to get the crops.  Because of this the produce is unnatural and can harm to the health in long run.  So the only way out from this unhealthy process is organic farming. Organic Vegetable Exporters in India will help you to get your daily dose of organic produce. Yes, organic farming is process which helps the Mother Nature to sustain its novelty.

Organic farming is a natural practice of farming. The entire process involves good environmental practices wherein the crop rotation is done to keep the soil healthy. Apart from this organic farmers take lot of care to grow the crops.  This is reason the organic produce is healthy and tasty. The organic produces goes through the entire cycle of ripening naturally.  Each and every part of the ripening cycle is followed so the organic produce is healthy. Now let us see what happens when the natural cycle is followed, if we go organically then the phytochemical and antioxidants remains intact in the organic produce. This in turn will strengthen the immune system of the individual.

After knowing the entire organic process of farming you must be curious to know when organic farming started.

Organic farming started in late 90’s; this was an evolution in farming practices. Organic way of farming gave close insight to the farmer about the ecological imbalance created by the traditional way of farming. So a group of farmers tried their hands on organic framing and luckily they found out that this was giving them the equal amount of harvest as the traditional farming does, so they changed the farming practices.  In late 90’s the food demand was growing up and there was sharp decrease in the supply because of the food awareness. So demand of the organic food increased the organic produce was floating in the super market.  Gradually the global demand increased and due to easy farming practices many countries join hands and turned towards organic produce.  According to a survey at around 3 million of organic produce is produced by the organic farmers. It is said that 180 countries have joined the revolution to bring positive in the environment.

Why was there approach towards organic farming?

1.     The first reason can be   to maintain ecological balance.  Nowadays lot of unpredictable weather changes can be seen like draught, floods and hailstorms. This will disrupt the human life and causes lot of harm to the humankind. Sometimes the loss due to these calamities can be long term so to cut down the effect we must bring change in our lifestyle. Our population globally is growing day by day so it is need of the hour to sustain good practices in farming.

2.      Another major reason for the shift towards organic farming is   disturbance created in the food cycle due to the traditional farming. Yes, this is the major setback which was observed by the scientist at the time of food evolution.  They saw that the use of pesticides on crops has disturbed the natural pollination process in the flowers due to which the seed germination is disrupted.  The use of chemicals on the crops alters the ripening cycle of the crops due to which the ecological equilibrium is disturbed. In organic farming this issue is sorted by using natural predators to keep the weeds off the crops so natural food cycle is maintained and the purpose of getting good organic crops is solved.

3.      The third reason for organic farming is soil damage.  In case of calamities the soil erosion is seen. This is the reason for this poor quality of crops and this is seen in traditional way of farming only. The nitrogen content in the soil gets increased due to the unnecessary use of pesticides so the crops get damaged instantly and hence the supply chain gets affected which in turn affects the economy of the country.  Constant crop rotation should be done so that the soil remains fertile for a longer period of time. In case of organic farming   crop rotation and tillage method is followed. Apart from this multiple crops are sown with good irrigation practices.

4.       Pollution is another major problem which increases the need of organic produce in the market.  Air pollution disrupts the natural cycle of the seed germination.
